We rescued a rat from the OKC shelter.  She was pregnant, and gave birth to ten (yes 10!) baby rats.

The babies are now weaned and available for adoption.  Their adoption fee is be $20 for one rat or $30 for two rats.  We highly recommend adopting rats in pairs (of the same sex).  They are very social animals and do not do well alone.

All of our animals are spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations.  Our adoption fee is $75 for one animal or $100 for two animals adopted at the same time.  If you are interested in adopting, the first step is to complete the adoption application on our website www.creatureconcerns.org.  Completing the application does not obligate you to adopt.  It is simply a vital part of the process.
