Peanut has a birth defect that caused both of his back legs to be deformed.  He wasn't really expected to live, but he has flourished!

He's such a sweet little love bug.  He gets around great as long as he doesn't have to jump.  He needs some traction on the floor, like carpet or rugs.  Slick floors make it hard for him to get around.

Special Needs: Peanut has deformed back legs and scoots around on his knees. He needs carpet or rugs to be mobile. He also needs special attention paid to his legs to be sure they don't develop sores. He also sometimes needs a bath because his twisted legs get in the way when he uses the bathroom.

All of our animals are spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations.  Our adoption fee is $75 for one animal or $100 for two animals adopted at the same time.  If you are interested in adopting, the first step is to complete the adoption application on our website www.creatureconcerns.org.  Completing the application does not obligate you to adopt.  It is simply a vital part of the process.
