Little Luke was found in a dumpster.  He was sick and cold.  He's well now, but has a heart murmur.  It requires no treatment right now, but his owner will need to be attentive to his condition and have his heart checked at least annually.  There is really no way to predict whether it will affect his longevity.  Symptoms to watch for throughout his life are rapid breathing, decreased activity, decreased appetite, and panting.

All of our animals are spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations.  Our adoption fee is $75 for one animal or $100 for two animals adopted at the same time.  If you are interested in adopting, the first step is to complete the adoption application on our website www.creatureconcerns.org.  Completing the application does not obligate you to adopt.  It is simply a vital part of the process.
