Oscar was found as a stray. When he came to us it was very obvious something was wrong with his eye sight, a night he seemed to get lost going down the hallway. Oscar has dry eye, since his eyes weren't cared for he developed some scar tissue over his right eye.Oscar will need daily eye drops to make sure that his eyes stay healthy. Oscar does well with other dogs and cats. A home with calmer animals would be best as he is a fan of the lazy life. Oscar does fine with children but would do best in a home with older children. Oscar has being doing amazingly well in his foster home, he has made new friends, learned to conquer the stairs and that humans are great for head scratches! All of our animals are spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations.  Our adoption fee is $75 for one animal or $100 for two animals adopted at the same time.  If you are interested in adopting, the first step is to complete the adoption application on our website www.creatureconcerns.org.  Completing the application does not obligate you to adopt.  It is simply a vital part of the process.
